How to Book an ARRIVE Reservation

1. Contact Live Luxe Travel Co. with your booking request by using this form.

Please note: all requests are answered within 24 hours.

2. Live Luxe Travel Co. will send you ARRIVE rates and included benefits.

3. Live Luxe Travel Co. will need your billing information, phone number, and a valid credit card to make your reservation.

4. Once the reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirmation directly from the property. It’s really that easy!

ARRIVE Frequently Asked Questions

  • There is no minimum stay required for an ARRIVE reservation. So no matter if you stay for just one night, or stay for a week you will still be a VIP.

  • Our rates should reflect the the flexible/standard rate.

  • Live Luxe Travel Co. offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $25 USD per reservation, at our discretion.

    The Live Luxe Travel Co. hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resort. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge type reservations.

    With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $25 non-refundable booking/service fee.
